How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your VoltShare account directly from the app:
- Open the VoltShare app
- Go to Profile
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Request Deletion by Email
Alternatively, you can email us at support@auslinkevcharge.com.au with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the phone number associated with your account. We will process your request and confirm once complete.
What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted
Upon deletion, the following data will be permanently removed within 30 days:
- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- Booking history
- Charging session data
- App preferences and saved settings
Note: Payment transaction records may be retained as required by
Australian tax and legal compliance obligations. These records do not contain your
credit card details, which are held securely by Stripe and are not stored by VoltShare.
